About Us

Southampton Flats is a privately owned flat rental business in Southampton, Hampshire, run by Dorothy and Jonathan.

As we live locally and manage the flats ourselves, we are able to respond quickly in the event of a problem. We normally let the flats on a rental only basis. This means you will be responsible for the other bills, including water, electricity, council tax and telephone. If this is the first time you have rented a flat, we are happy to help you arrange to get the accounts moved into your name.
