Real world and online refurbishment

We are in the middle of refurbishing both this site and the flat at Bartlett House.

By the time you read this the site should be fully up and working, but do let me know if you see anything that’s not working, spelling mistakes or additional information you think should be added.

At the same time, we are refurbishing the one-bedroom flat in Bartlett House, Woodside Road, Southampton. It’s getting a completely new kitchen, a refurbished and re-tiled bathroom as well as new carpets throughout. We’ve removed the old fitted wardrobe in the bedroom that was beginning to show signs of use and will be replacing it with something newer, and finally we have had the electrician in to add some additional power points and give some more options on how you arrange the furniture.

Once the refurbishment is completed we will be letting it out part-furnished. Let us know if you are interested and we will arrange a viewing once the works are completed – expected mid-June.
